A little bit of footage to give you an idea of the extent of the flooding near my home in Eastern Iowa.
Throughout this ordeal, Iowans continue to do what we've always done, help our neighbors. It's times like this that you realize what an incredible place Iowa really is.
They are now saying that the Flood in Cedar Rapids went beyond the 500 year flood stage.
The water may destroy our homes but it can never dampen our spirits.
