This is something most of you will never see, footage of the Spirits during practice.
Every now and then I shoot some slow motion footage of the team because I love the way slow-motion looks. I found that no matter what routine they were performing, you could cut the footage to just about any music and it would work. So, I showed it to Tiffany just to show her what I was goofing around with.
Well, she loved it. In fact, she was crying she loved it so much. Course, that perplexed me a little bit as I was just goofing around with the footage and this was never to be taken seriously. I also had told the team that until Tiffany told them we’d be using the footage from practices for the documentary we wouldn’t post any of it.
Tiffany asked the team is they were ok posting the footage which they were all fine with.
So here is the Spirits as you normally never see them… practicing.
On a side note, Michelle thought the title of this blog should be “Hot, Sexy, Slow Mo” Her title is probably a lot more accurate than mine.
